SHOW HOME INSPIRED BY NATURAL BEAUTY TO DEBUT IN CARLISLE

12 September 2016

Naturally stylish show home will open it’s doors in Carlisle on Saturday, September 24.

The property has been selected to showcase the new homes that developer Lovell is building at New Acres and are designed to inspire a wave of young professionals and families to invest.

Decorated and furnished to an impressively high standard by Lovell’s chosen interior designers, Intu Interiors, the contemporary property feature décor influenced by the natural beauty of Cumbria and The Lakes, incorporating woodland textures and colours.

The result is a home that will serve to welcome potential purchasers to the development and make them feel instantly at home.

Clare Noakes, sales manager for Lovell Homes in the North West, said: “We’ve combined some of the latest trends, such as digital print wallpaper and natural wood finishes, with fun elements like a fox themed children’s bedroom, in our new show home.

“We understand it’s important for our purchasers to be able visualise how the finished homes will look, discover how they can use the space, and see our specification close up so show homes are key to helping them make their final decision. We can’t wait to open them on September 24.”

The three-bedroom showcase property features leafy greens and natural wood finishes throughout creating a calming ambiance and the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Pine forest digital wallpaper is a focal point in the lounge so homebuyers will be transported to a tranquil place as soon as they walk through the door. Natural wood furniture with muted linen soft furnishings are complemented by branch effect feature light pendants to complete the look.

Rustic furniture and wood panel print wallpaper bring a homely feel to the kitchen and the look is completed with a quirky light fitting crafted from up-cycled wine bottles.

The theme continues as homebuyers venture upstairs, with organic print feature wallpaper to the staircase wall.

Classic oak furniture, a linen bedframe and a driftwood effect wall covering create a soft and stylish grown up feel in the master bedroom.

Bedroom two has been styled as a guest bedroom with oak and ivory furniture, on-trend green and metallic feature wall and artwork depicting local beauty spots.

The delightful third bedroom is a dream den for any young child with a woodland animal theme.  There is a toadstool bedside table with dark wood furniture and a wig-wam complete with an array of soft toys and bespoke cushions.

Boasting 52 homes in total, the New Acres development will offer home buyers a range of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes at affordable prices with a high specification as standard.

Two-bedroom homes are currently priced from £115,500 and three-bedroom homes from £130,000. Each comes with premium quality finishes as standard including a fitted kitchens with appliances and contemporary white bathroom suites.
