Mayor to launch Telford housing development

A new housing development on Matlock Avenue in Telford is being launched for sale later this month.

Lovell Homes is building 91 two and three bedroom properties at The Oaklands development.
The Mayor of the Borough of Telford and Wrekin, Councillor Rae Evans, will visit The Oaklands to cut the ribbon on Sunday 23rd April at 10am, marking the official opening of the development and its two show homes.

Councillor Rae Evans said: “I am delighted to have been asked to be part of the official opening of the new show rooms.  It’s fantastic that Lovell Homes are continuing to provide quality homes for the people of the Borough and I am very pleased to be involved in welcoming the finished development.”

44 of the homes will be available for sale on the open market from £125,950, with homes ready to move into this summer 2017 and 47 homes will be available for rent from Nuplace.

Two show homes are due to be launched at The Oaklands: Plot 10, a two bedroom Weston style home and Plot 11, a three bedroom Westwood style home.
