Lovell Homes’ double success in First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards shortlist

Lovell Homes’ Trinity Walk development in Woolwich has been shortlisted in two categories in the acclaimed First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards: Best First Time Buyer Apartment and the Most Innovative Marketing Campaign.

The awards celebrate the lengths to which housebuilders go to help buyers take their first step on the housing ladder.

Simone Dhanjal, regional sales director at Lovell, says: “It’s very pleasing to be shortlisted for these important awards. We are very proud of the apartments at Trinity Walk, which are perfect for first time buyers, and pleased that our innovative approach to marketing has been so popular with homebuyers and helps them appreciate our vision for the homes.”

Trinity Walk enjoys an outstanding location less than half a mile from Woolwich’s new Crossrail station. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom show apartment showcases the high quality of the homes; it offers 1,006 sq ft of space, extended by a large terrace that spans the width of the home, and an excellent specification. Two-bedroom apartments at Trinity Walk start from £420,000 - far less than the average price of a two-bedroom apartment in London - and London Help to Buy makes them even more accessible to first-time buyers.

The innovative Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology at Trinity Walk allows homebuyers to ‘see’ the apartments, without needing to wait for a showhome. Using a controller to ‘walk through’ an apartment displayed on a large curved screen, potential buyers can also download an app to find out about the homes before visiting or to take the technology home with them. This provides reassurance when purchasing off-plan and has resulted in very strong sales.

Public voting for the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards will open on Thursday 1st February 2018. The winners will then be announced at an awards ceremony at The Waldorf Hilton Hotel on Friday 20 April 2018.
