Lovell Homes boosts Telford sales team

Lovell Homes has boosted its Telford sales team with the appointment of new trainees sales executive Rebecca McDonald at The Oaklands, the company’s fast-selling Dawley development.

The 24-year-old joins a rapidly-expanding sales team supporting a growing number of high-quality homes developments in the Telford area.

Rebecca – who lives in Ketley Bank, Telford – discovered her love for the new homes business after working as a sales advisor with home sales recruitment specialist Maitland Selwyn providing temporary cover on local homes developments. She’s now building on that experience with Lovell.

“Rebecca is a brilliant addition to our team in Telford,” says Michelle Barnsley, field sales manager for Lovell. “Our sales executives play a crucial role in advising and looking after our customers throughout the entire home-buying process, from when they first visit a development and look round the show homes to picking up the keys and settling in. We’ve got some exciting projects on the horizon in the Telford area – particularly our new Queensbury Park development in Priorslee and with so much going on, we’re delighted to have such an enthusiastic and capable team working with us to welcome homebuyers and give them the care and attention that Lovell aims to provide to all its purchasers.

“What I really like is interacting with the customers and helping them buy their homes,” says Rebecca. “I am also excited to be working with Lovell, which has such an excellent reputation, and is totally focused on making sure that its customers have a positive home-buying experience.

“I am really pleased to be working at The Oaklands which is a fantastic development and very local to me.  Our homes appeal to quite a mix of buyers, from young couples buying their first homes, to older purchasers looking to settle in the area. The response has been amazing with nine homes snapped up since the start of the year and only five homes still available for sale. A lot of people comment on the amount of space that you get with our homes – ‘a lot of house for your money’ is the way people describe it. Having bought my own house 18 months ago, I’ve enjoyed helping younger buyers purchase their first home. I’m only in my early 20s and one thing I can really relate to is how difficult it is when you are starting out and trying to get the money together for a deposit.”

Current availability at The Oaklands includes a range of stylish three-bedroom homes starting from £166,950 (£133,560 after a Help to Buy: Equity Loan*). Call 01952 709 359 for more details or visit lovellnewhomes.co.uk
