Houseproud? Show off your home to win a £250 John Lewis voucher with Lovell Homes!

14 March 2016

They say home is where the heart is and developer Lovell Homes definitely agrees. The company – which is building the sought-after Weston Heights development in Weston Coyney for Compendium Living –  has just launched a competition giving you the chance to win a £250 John Lewis voucher by sending in a photo of the room in your house which you treasure most.

“Just send us a snapshot of a room in your home that you truly love and let us know exactly why,” says Lovell Homes field sales manager Sian Lewin. “It might be your dream kitchen complete with all your cook’s gadgets and ingredients; a child’s bedroom decorated on a special theme or a stylishly minimal room which you’ve just decluttered.

“All you need to do is take a picture and send it to us, together with the story behind what the room means to you - perhaps the décor has special personal significance or maybe it’s your first-ever solo decorating project. Whatever the reason, tell us about it and why it makes you so proud.”

To enter, just send in your photo using this form:  http://www.lovellnewhomes.co.uk/campaign/home-decor-photo-competition/entry

Make sure you include a 50-word summary describing the room and saying what it means to you. The competition will run between 1 and 31 March. When it ends, Lovell will post the winning photo, plus a shortlist of runner-up entries, on its website and social media pages.

Pictures should be no more than 300dpi, between 1MB and 3MB in size, and must be sent as a JPEG file.

More details, including full terms and conditions, are available here.

Homes at Weston Heights continue to be a strong magnet for buyers, with only a small number of three- and four-bedroom homes now available. Three-bedroom homes start from £159,950 (£127,960 after a Help to Buy: Equity Loan*) for the semi-detached Withywood house style, with garage. Lovell also has available just one four-bedroom detached Chelford house type, with garage, at £221,000 (£176,800 after a Help to Buy: Equity Loan).

Located between the countryside calm of the Staffordshire Moorlands and the city bustle of Stoke and the Potteries, Weston Heights is a flagship development of new homes by Lovell and Compendium Living. Now in its fourth and final phase, homes at the development continue to be snapped up by purchasers keen to join this attractive new community.
