07 February 2018
Lovell Homes is encouraging armed forces personnel looking to get on the property ladder to enquire about the Forces Help to Buy scheme.
This Government backed scheme is designed to help servicemen and women buy their own property enabling them to borrow up to 50% of their salary, interest free.
Launched in April 2014, the scheme has now been extended to 2018 and aims to increase the rate of home ownership in the Armed Forces.
With developments in West Bromwich, Shrewsbury, Telford, Worcestershire and more, Lovell is offering members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force and Army the opportunity to borrow the money needed for their new Lovell home.
With two, three, four and five bedroom homes, Lovell developments offer contemporary living perfect for upsizers, downsizers, first time buyers and families.
To qualify for the Forces Help to Buy scheme, individuals must be in regular service, have completed the required length of service or have at least six months’ service left at the time of application.
Trish Foster, Sales Director at Lovell Midlands said: “We are always looking to support service men and women in buying their dream home. Our homes are perfect for military personnel, and we are delighted to offer the Forces Help to Buy scheme at our developments.
“Forces Help to Buy is perfect for those looking at purchasing a Lovell home, offering a helpful loan to individuals, couples or families looking to buy.”
For homebuyers looking in Worcestershire, look no further than the upcoming development in the village of Clifton-Upon-Teme, The Meadows. The development has two, three, four and five bedroom homes up for sale, based in the glorious countryside just outside Worcester.
