LOVELL has released the first phase of homes at New Acres, a brand new development in Carlisle that comes with exceptional value, built-in.

Featuring 52 homes, the New Acres development neighbours Lovell’s hugely popular Parkside, which is now sold out. It offers home buyers a range of two and three-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes at affordable prices with high specification as standard.

The three-bedroom Holly, priced at £147,500 or £118,000 with Help to Buy, is perfect for families looking for that extra space with a new home. On the ground floor, it features a bright living room with bay window, an open plan kitchen/dining room with French doors on to the rear garden, under stairs storage and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with a luxury en-suite to the master bedroom, and a family bathroom.

The Holly also comes with fantastic finishing touches including an appliances package worth £1,731, a paved driveway and turfed gardens.

Lovell also has a range of spacious two-bedroom homes available. With prices starting at £114,000 for the Singleton, and from £115,500 for the Hampton, they are perfect for first time buyers who are looking to get on the property ladder in 2016.

Clare Noakes, regional sales manager for Lovell in the North West, says: “Those who choose New Acres as their new address will be making a lifestyle choice that will bring ‘best of both world’ benefits.

“Each of the stylish homes at New Acres comes with premium quality finishes as standard. The location is also premium, at the heart of an established residential area and close to Carlisle city centre, it offers all the facilities a family could want and the chance to enjoy the abundance of culture this historic city provides.

“The homes are built alongside Heysham Park, ideal for families, joggers and walkers who can enjoy the pleasant two-mile corridor of picturesque greenery, play areas, flower park and sports park. A little further afield is the well-loved Chances Park and the leafy paths of the Eden River.”

Lovell was part of the Raffles Vision project team established in 2002 to revitalise the estate that New Acres is located close to. It has since benefited from a major £50m regeneration programme.

Working with the community and partners including Carlisle City Council, the company has helped transform the area into a place people are now proud to call home, and on which eventually there will be 500 new homes, the majority of them private sale.

Two stylish show homes are currently being styled by interior designers and will open in the autumn for those who love to experience a property before they reserve.
