THERE’S A NEW SIDE TO LOVELL’S MILES PLATTING JOURNEY

LOVELL has launched ‘early bird’ plots in the latest phase of homes at Platting Village.

Enjoying an enviable location adjacent to the Rochdale Canal, the homes at Lockside – Lovell’s third development within the new urban village – offer something for everyone, with two, three and four-bedroom homes overlooking The Green, the central park in Miles Platting.

Homebuyers hoping to be a part of the new community can now make an ‘early bird’ reservation on selected plots at Lockside, which will give them the first opportunity to reserve when the home is released for sale. The first residents are expected to be enjoying living in their new homes in the autumn.

The launch of Lockside is part of the exciting plan to build 1,000 homes to the east of Manchester city centre at Platting Village. It follows on from the success of Lovell’s other developments here; Faraday Green, which is sold out, as well as Bramah Place, where the second phase of 35 homes is now underway.

The area has been extremely popular with first time buyers who want to invest in their own property instead of renting, plus families looking to move up the property ladder.
